The SALections began as a TV Sports segment in Richmond, Virginia at WXEX-TV and then at WTKR-TV in Norfolk.    

The SALections developed a healthy following and the Virginian Pilot Newspaper called it the best local TV sports segment. 

In Norfolk, our local coverage won 2 UPI Awards for the Best Sports Coverage in the State.
